FAQ
What are the space and power requirements for the photobooth setup?
To ensure the best experience for your guests, we require a minimum footprint of 8x8 feet of level space and a height clearance of at least 8 feet. This leaves plenty of room for our studio lighting, backdrop, prop table, and a queue of excited guests! (If you don’t want props, we can work with 6x6) We also require access to a standard, dedicated 3-prong power outlet within 10 feet of the setup area. It’s always recommended to be cognizant of where you think the line will form and that none of the booth is blocking major walkways or doorways.
Do your luxury photobooth packages include props, custom backdrops, and an attendant?
Yes, absolutely! We believe in providing a completely premium, stress-free experience. All of our standard luxury packages include a professional, friendly on-site booth attendant to keep things running smoothly, a selection of high-quality party props tailored to your event theme, and access to our curated backdrop options. We also offer custom print template designs to match your wedding invite or corporate branding perfectly.
How do guests receive their photos during the event?
Instantly! Depending on the specific package you choose, your guests can receive high-quality physical print strips within seconds. After the event, the host will also receive a complete link to the online digital gallery containing every single capture from the night. This digital gallery can include a password if desired.
Can the photobooth be set up outdoors?
Yes, but with a few strict requirements to protect our professional studio equipment! For outdoor events, the photobooth must be placed on a completely flat, hard surface (no dirt, grass, or loose gravel) and must be fully protected under a professional tent, canopy, or covered pavilion to shield the screen and lighting from direct sunlight and wind. Access to a reliable power source is still required.
