Yes, absolutely! Velvett Studios is a fully equipped, blank-canvas creative space available for rent to outside photographers, videographers, content creators, agencies, and brands. Whether you are shooting client portraits, a commercial campaign, product photography, or filming video content, you are welcome to book the space and bring your own team.

Your rental includes full access to our boutique natural light studio, beautiful hardwood floors, and our selection of in-studio gear. We provide professional studio lighting strobe/continuous lights, softboxes, V-flats, clothing rack, changing area, and a few backdrop options. In addition we have 5 folding tables and seating. Yes, we require a 2-hour minimum for all studio rentals. Please keep in mind that your booked time slot must include your own setup, shooting, and cleanup time. We often have back-to-back bookings, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time and ensure the studio is reset to its original condition by the end of your scheduled slot so the next creator can jump right in.
